Kadepa said the objectives and stead of Brimob assigned to the areas in Papua are meaningless. Especially in areas where the community have been living safe and peaceful. In fact, he said, the presence of Brimob gives an excessive fear and trauma to the community.

January 20, 2006, a citizen was shot dead by an officer in Waghete, while 3 others were gunshot injured. The three victims were Moses Douw (14 years old junior high school student), Yonike Kotouki (a junior high school student) and Peter Pekey (43) a civilian. Perpetrators were 2LT. Inf Situmeang, PC. Timsus Yonif 753 Arga Vira Tama. Other actors are Brigadier Ronald Isac Tumena, member of the Waghete Police Sector.

October 4, 2011, Dominikus Tekege was shot at Tigi (Deiyai) by two members of Brimob security guards of PT. Modern. The victim went to protest PT. Modern who have started picking up rocks and sand beyond the agreed boundary location.

July 12, 2012, 8 people died after drinking expired soda in Waghete, Deiyai. When the families of the victims protested against the stall owner, they were shot by the apparatus.

September 23, 2013, Alpius Mote, a high school student in Waghete was shot dead by Brimob. They also shot Frans Dogopia (a member of Municipal Police/ Satpol PP who was calming the residents) and persecuted Yance Pekey, a high school teacher.

December 8, 2014, officer shot dead several students in Enarotali. Also dozens of people suffered serious injuries from gunshot.

June 25, 2015, officer shot dead Yoteni Agapa in Ugapuga.

June-July 2017, more than 100 toddlers died in West Tigi District. Public health services did not work. Community Health Center (Puskesmas) did not run. Head of Health Provincial Sub-Project Management also did not perform the task.

The community also protested to Dance Takimai, Regent Deiyai, who never attended his office since being sworn in Jayapura. The Regent was busy spending his days elsewhere, now busy himself for a run in next election.

August 1, 2017, Brimob shot dead a citizen and 6 other citizens who were injured by gunshot were being treated.

Seeing the ongoing violence in our area, as a church (that have been working here) acknowledged our failure.

Firstly because pastoral coaching (shepherds) has long been shaped or herded to busy taking care of the pure, normative, rigid and end-time oriented church teaching.

Church cadres whose social ethics is very low. No sense or sensitivity in accounting for his/her faith in concrete situations. His/her Social ethics is very low or zero.

From the administrative side, the regent of Deiyai never had been in office since his inauguration.  There are officials who estimate the regent Deiyai ​​only entered the office 30 days from sworn in as regent Deiyai. Now he is busy running for second term as Deiyai regent.

Never been in the office since inauguration was not new thing. Regent Paniai before Hengky Kayame who is a resident of KINGMI church also did the same thing.

Matius Murib, Papua Policy and Human Rights Advocacy Association (PAK-HAM) added that the violence and cruelty that led to the loss of life to the people in Tanah Papua, occurred repeatedly.
